Training materials that need to be on-hand:
1. Syringes 1ml, 5ml, 10ml, 50ml
2. 3-way stopcock
3. Copy of the Mi-Medic card set

If you are not able to obtain the required training materials, we will ship them to you. You must choose "$60.00 NO SUPPLY" in the REGISTRATION TYPE drop-down box below and LSTI will get them over to you via USPS. We cannot ship within 7 days of the class date.
