IMPORTANT: The class will be held in the LSTI building, 3rd building on the east side of the Superior Ambulance Southfield campus (old Community EMS), next to the Sunoco gas station.

Course fee includes: ACLS Provider manual, ACLS Instructor manual, ACLS course DVD, classroom instruction, evaluated teach-back session, ACLS instructor card

COURSE PREREQUISITE: Prior to the above course date, you must complete the AHA ACLS Instructor Essentials course at

You must bring the Instructor Essentials completion certificate, along with a copy of your current ACLS card to class. You may email these required items to lsti@superiorambulance.com
