IMPORTANT: The class will be held in the LSTI building, 3rd building on the east side of the Superior Ambulance Southfield campus (old Community EMS), next to the Sunoco gas station.

INITIAL COURSE PREREQUISITE: If this is your first time taking an ACLS course OR your ACLS card expired more than 90 days ago, you must complete the AHA Heartcode ACLS course prior to your scheduled class date. The fee for this course is payable to the American Heart Association. Please go to:

Please bring your AHA Heartcode ACLS course completion certificate and a copy of your current BLS card (AHA or ARC) with you to the ACLS classroom course day that you are scheduled for.

IMPORTANT: An ACLS Provider Manual will be provided at the beginning of your course; you will be able to refer to it during class and the exam. The provider manual must be returned to the instructor at the conclusion of the class. You will be charged an additional $50 if the provider manual is not returned to the instructor.
