IMPORTANT: The class will be held in the LSTI building, 3rd building on the east side of the Superior Ambulance Southfield campus (old Community EMS), next to the Sunoco gas station.

IMPORTANT: RENEWAL PREREQUISITE: For those who have a current ACLS card, complete the ACLS
Pre-course Self-Assessment at: https://elearning.heart.org/course/423

You must bring the Pre-course Self-Assessment completion paperwork, along with a copy of your current ACLS card to class OR email to: lsti@superiorambulance.com

IMPORTANT: An ACLS Provider Manual will be provided at the beginning of your course; you will be able to refer to it during class and the exam. The provider manual must be returned to the instructor at the conclusion of the class. You will be charged an additional $50 if the provider manual is not returned to the instructor.
